So we could finally get up to the Uintas without running into a

snowy roadblock...and Man it's only what,,,July now????

We went to Trial Lake . Appropriately named for the mothers chasing their kids around while trying to erase the thoughts of beating their husbands with the biggest piece of drift wood floating by cuz men get outdoors and are all of a sudden" One with Nature" while we women are running around like wild Rabid deer attempting to keep our young out of harms way! @##%^(*

AHHHHHHH...i actually am feeling a lot better now...WHEW...

We had such a nice time. The sun was shining and the mosquitos were gnawing...

oh to be at Trial Lake again....

I'm totally exaggerating... i really just sat there and read decorating magazines while Matt, kenzie and kade fished. Kie would get about 10 feet away and i would yell ..."Matt!"

He is such a Mush ball in the woods...He's on a high there. He Just smiles and runs after her.

I've actually been thinking about moving to The lake and just letting matt raise the children.

anywho...Kade caught 2 fish! His 1st two fish actually! he is so funny. He wanted nothing to do with the fish once he caught it! Mekenzie on the other hand maulled the poor things!

and for Kie....well she just bonded with cheez-its most of the time. That's my girl!

My Becca (sister) had surgery 2 weeks ago and

she has been pretty immobile so i've been trying to pitch in and do my part

for her and her children. There are 4 of them but the older 2 are usually at school so

i seem to capture mostly the younger in photos. We have loved offering our services and

cuddling those cute lil' munchkins!

**just a note- check out how sweet and gentle my Kade is with the baby. He has a heart of gold!

TO HIS HEAVENLY FATHER AND TO SEE HIS BEAUTIFUL WIFE LEVA, WHO HAD PASSED AWAY 3 YEARS AGO. I HAVE TO ADMIT, I WAS THINKING IN MY HEAD..."POOR GRANDPA, HE THINKS HE IS READY TO PASS ON BUT HE IS STILL SO FULL OF LIFE"..... HE WAS CHATTING OUR EARS OFF AND BEARING HIS TESTIMONY TO US AND AS YOU CAN SEE ABOVE....PLAYING COPS WITH KADE AND MEKENZIE.

Hard to believe my little man is learning to ride a bike.

WOW, how did he get to be 3 years old. I can honestly say that It feels like

yesterday that he was wrapped up in his cowboy blanky and drinking

formula from bubbas. I truly am a believer of the statement "Time goes too fast...before you know it ....they are all grown up." my oldest is only 5 years old but i still remember her coming home from the hospital so fragile and tiny. Now they sass me and tell me they wish they lived at aunt Becca's house. Cuz she's nice to her kids.

Anywho...Kades first ride on his new big boy bike. It's ok buddy...we'll work on the

whole peddling forward thing...it's a doozy! love you Kade.... Mom.

KIDS SAY THE FUNNIEST THINGS!

Sunday Car Rides

We just love to go for Sunday rides. Tie the children down and

demand peace and quiet while we explore new little towns or head for the mountains.

Our entire family actually enjoys a trip to
Cabella's World Hunting Super Store. Just not to the extent that Kade does!!!
Kade is a hoot there. He walks aroung making all the animal sounds and though he loves
the animals......he is a hunter through and through...shooting noises also ring out for all to hear!
and of course...Kie thinks this is what you are supposed to do in Cabella's so she is hooting and barking and snorting too!!!!

It's totally embarassing but i have to shove the urge to stop them down deep.....
real deep!!!!!!!! because they are only young once and they are just having themselves a good ole time...so i remain silent and just nod and smile sheepishly at the "naysayers" and disapprovers..... then i tell kade to shoot at them with his biggest gun when they pass!!! hee hee hee... :) I just don't know where my children get their spunk from???????
